The place I like most in Fortaleza. Ney, the head coach, is extremely attentive to the particularities of each student/athlete. Starting CrossFit completely changed who I am and how I relate to people. I highly recommend it.

The gym's structure is very good, and the class is worthy of a high-performance athlete. It's clear that the head coach designs workouts with clear objectives. I had the opportunity to experience the metabolic workouts and would love to try the strength training. You know that kind of workout where you think you're going to die and end up soaked? That's it! The coaches are extremely welcoming. Also, the workout follows the traditional execution pattern: mobility >> warm-up >> skill >> WOD.
